1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taskhico, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Taskhico is a productivity tool designed to help with the organization of tasks, goals, and commitments. We offer local management features and optional integration with third-party services.

3. Google Services Integration

Taskhico offers optional integration with Google Drive and Google Calendar:

• Google Drive: We use the drive.appdata scope to allow you to privately back up and sync your task data within your own Google account. The app does not have access to your other personal files in Drive.
• Google Calendar: We use the calendar.readonly scope to display your existing Google Calendar events inside Taskhico, making your daily planning easier.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for authorizing the app's access to that data.

4. Data Responsibility

Your data is processed primarily locally on your device. If you use Google Drive sync, the data resides in your personal account. Taskhico is not responsible for data loss resulting from third-party service failures or accidental deletion by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

Taskhico and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Apphico and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apphico be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app itself or our official website.
